The course is broken into bite sized lessons so you don’t get overwhelmed.  The video content portion of the course (Not including the bonus section) is about 6 hours with the longest video being just under 30 minutes and the average video length being about 10 minutes or less. The course length is 6 weeks. You have access to all of the pre-recorded content after the refund period.  You can skip around as you need or go in order. The hot seat calls will be focused on the modules by week in order to dive deeper and offer additional support if needed. 

But just like any professional development, you get out what you put in.  If you follow along and take advantage of the hot seat calls and coworking sessions, you will benefit greatly. It also depends on how much you have already established in your business.

Don’t worry about it! You get access to the call recordings as well as a private podcast feed to listen on the go, so you can watch/listen whenever is best for you.
